We are pleased to present this year’s Autumn Kuchikiri Shincha,
perfect for the flavors and mood of the autumn season.

The tea used is newly harvested Yame shincha, picked from late April to early May.
Among these, only the finest leaves—carefully selected by our tea masters—are chosen.
Immediately after selection, the tea is vacuum-sealed and stored at –30°C
in a dedicated freezer, and finally opened this autumn for release.

This rare tea combines both the fresh, youthful aroma of new tea
and the deepened umami and sweetness that develop during cold storage.
A truly exceptional limited-edition tea.
