This stone-ground Yame matcha can be used for drinks such as high-quality matcha latte/matcha au lait, high-end Japanese and Western sweets, creams, and for tea ceremony lessons.
This Yame matcha is also recommended for homemade matcha chocolate and matcha raw chocolate.
