Yamabuki matcha can be used for drinks such as high-quality matcha latte/matcha au lait, high-end Japanese and Western sweets, creams, and for tea ceremony lessons.
During Valentine's Day, Yame matcha is also recommended for homemade matcha chocolate and matcha raw chocolate

*Best before date: 6 months from date of manufacture

*When using, please sift through a sieve to dissolve any lumps.
