“Hoshino Shirabe” is an exceptionally rare tea made by lightly fermenting oolong tea leaves and then high-temperature roasting them using our company’s original method, bringing out a beautifully fragrant, toasty aroma. Available in limited quantities only.
This tea is a true Japanese-style oolong, created through the fusion of authentic Taiwanese oolong craftsmanship and Japan’s refined roasting techniques.
Tea Varieties Used:
Qingxin Oolong, Sayamakaori, Asahi, Izumi
Perfect after rich or oily meals, or enjoyed as an elegant afternoon tea alongside sweets. Please savor its distinctive roasted aroma, paired with floral, refined, and graceful flavor notes.
